Today's trip takes you to Esrum Abbey & Møllegård and Frederiksborg Castle. Enjoy a couple of hours in the castle and the beautiful Baroque garden, and then sip a café latte at the castle’s Restaurant Leonora. Stay overnight in a cosy little log cabin at the ‘Sov Dejligt' (which means Sleep Well) B&B in Hillerød.
Today's route takes you out to Denmark’s largest lake, Arresø. Here, you will enjoy your picnic and just relax on the banks of the lake. Stay overnight at Hotel Frederiksværk, located in the centre of Frederiksværk, with the town’s culture house Gjethuset, canals and the town museum as its nearest neighbours.

Along the Danish Riviera it is time to enjoy life, get your thoughts in order, go for a swim and slow things right down. The route takes you to Liseleje. Here you will stay at Bed & Breakfast Liselængen.
The house, in the scenic area overlooking the Kattegat by Spodsbjerg Lighthouse, was the polar researcher’s place of work. This was where Knud Rasmussen planned his Thule Expeditions in the period from 1918-1933.
Søren Kierkegaard’s memorial stands in Gilleleje. Erected in memory of Denmark’s world-famous philosopher, who, as one of the first tourists in Gilleleje back in 1835, took advantage of the peace and quiet to think through many of his ideas and get them down on paper. Follow in Søren Kierkegaard’s footsteps, which will take you on an inner journey.
