Day 2 - Challenge Your Friends

Start the day with zumba, and then off out into the woods you go on mountain bike in the beautiful surroundings. You play golf in the afternoon, and at the end of the day you hear Food ’n’ Motion's presentation about healthy diet and wellbeing

In the morning you hire mountain bikes to get you around in the beautiful surroundings. You make your way through a varied landscape with woodland, coast and castles.

Day 3 - Challenge Your Friends

You’re going right to the very top in the North Sealand countryside with High Tree Climbing at Havreholm Castle in Hornbæk. Dinner at Restaurant Madam Sprunck in Elsinore and a dance event with Marc Mariboe Christensen from the TV show Vild med Dans.
