Special taste experiences at Mangholm's farm-to-table restaurant

Experience Mangholm's farm-to-table restaurant, where seasonal ingredients, the beautiful North Sealand nature, unique taste experiences, and aesthetic beauty come together perfectly.

Mangholm's farm produces its food, including meat, eggs, fruits, vegetables, herbs, and edible flowers, all featured on the menu based on the season and changing weekly.

From April to December, Mangholm welcomes guests to its unique, carefully restored old stable building and lovely outdoor terrace, surrounded by a beautiful perennial garden with views of its fields and the stunning, hilly North Zealand landscape. Here, guests can enjoy exceptional taste experiences from the farm to the table.

Book your table in advance.

Due to limited seating, it is recommended that guests wishing to dine in the restaurant book their table in advance. Reservations can be made at www.mangholm.dk.

Fresh and organic ingredients

Jakob Kierecki is responsible for the restaurant and prepares dishes with fresh ingredients harvested on the same day. He serves the food in a down-to-earth and cosy manner in the beautifully restored surroundings of an old cowshed, where guests can see the animals grazing in the fields, the charming courtyard, and the flower garden.

Jakob is very attentive to the freshness and quality of the ingredients. He and the owners of Mangholm commit to using their ingredients and local products from dairies, cheese producers, and fishmongers.

Starting in May, the kitchen team will be expanded with a skilled chef, Oliver Martin Lind, who also has a passion for good food and hospitality. He will be present in the restaurant and on selected days to meet the guests. He has previously worked with Jakob at Bæst in Guldbergsgade and other restaurants such as Relæ, Jatak, and Hotel Le Saint Hubert in Provence.

What is Mangholm?

Mangholm is uniquely located in the middle of the Royal North Zealand National Park between Gribskov and Arresø, which are some of the largest natural areas in Sealand. Here, Mangholm forms an essential green corridor where nature and wildlife can freely move as the farm's fields connect the two landscapes.

Mangholm is a family-owned, 100% organic, and self-owned farm run by Tine, who has worked for ten years with diverse, regenerative farming, animal husbandry, nature conservation, and biodiversity, and is passionate about communicating about nature, food, quality, and preservation of the living cultural heritage in which she and her family actively participate.
