Torup Spisehus - Local ingredients and sustainable dishes in Torup

The organic eatery in Torup, with a strong focus on sustainability, is located in the heart of the village, with the eco-community Dyssekilde as its neighbour.

At Torup Spisehus, the guest is the centre of attention when setting the table at the plank tables.

The food is made from scratch, and the daily menu board features new and exciting dishes, including options for vegetarians, meat-eaters, and vegans.

Sausages and hams are air-dried in the back room, mushrooms are grown in coffee grounds, cheese is made from raw milk from the local organic farm, and vegetables are fermented. Sourdough bread is baked, and they work closely with local food producers.
