The house is located close to Spodsbjerg Lighthouse on the outskirts of Hundested with a great view of the Kattegat. In good weather, you can see all the way to Hesselø, which is approx. 26 km away. The house's rooms were refurbished in 2012 with the original colours and expressions of Knud Rasmussen's time. The polar researcher's intimate "workplace" with fireplace and warm colours was first opened to the public. In other words, there is a good reason to stroll a trip into the magnificent landscape and look inside the unusual and atmospheric workhouse.
