How to get here

Depending on where you want to go in North Zealand, there are different options, and you can travel by public transportation directly, or with one stop from Copenhagen Airport to most major cities at the destination.

If you wish, we can even help you in making the transport a part of the experience. For example, you can sail from Copenhagen to Helsingør (Elsinore), or experience the landscape while covering the same distance in a vintage train – you can even charter a helicopter and land next to Kronborg Castle.

Below you find some useful links and information of the most commonly used means of transportation, and elsewhere on this site, you will find links to local coach and limousine operators. You are of cause always welcome to contact us for specialised interest transportation.

To and from the airport

Copenhagen Airport has excellent connections to Copenhagen city centre, Central Station and further to North Sealand. The easiest and most used method for getting to North Sealand is the regional train
(Final station: Helsingor) or S-train line E (final station: Hillerod)

To and from Copenhagen Central Station

You can choose between different types of tickets and travel cards which are all valid for buses, trains and the metro in the Copenhagen area. You can use either a vending machine (at the platforms) or the app titled “DOT mobilbiletter” (DOT Mobil tickets). Remember to buy tickets before you enter the train or bus!
