In Byaasgaard's farm shop, you'll find a selection of local food and drinks, as well as various other local products such as ceramics, yarn, and beauty products.
For example, try Signe's homemade rye bread, made with sourdough and flour from the North Zealand Joint Mill - it's freshly baked every day. Throughout the summer, there are also vegetables from Landshop and Sølager Workshops, supporting people on the edge of the labour market. The selection of cheeses comes from Tothaven, and the sausages are from our sheep and goats.
Fresh eggs come from our chickens, which are fed organic feed. You can buy them in-store or at the small farm sale outside the season.
Enjoy a delicious local plate with freshly baked bread, local cheese or sausage, and coffee or juice for breakfast. You can also order morning bread every day in the farm shop.
